14 days, no questions asked
You can get a full refund on any purchase of Coro, Coro Delay, Coro Plate, Coro Boost or the Coro Bundle within 14 days of the purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Either of these works:
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there.
- Email joe@murphyresearch.ai with the email address you bought with, and we’ll arrange it.
Who processes it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
What happens to your licence
A refunded product is removed from your licence the next time the plugin refreshes it online (it checks roughly every 30 days). After that, the refunded plugin will no longer run on your Macs.

Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and doesn’t affect, any rights you have under consumer law where you live (for example, in the EU or UK).
